I know it is late in the day to join for this year, but I would like to try. I have unsecured debt of £4735. So starting today, I am going to work out how to pay as much (if not all!) of it off by christmas. Wish me luck!

So today is a big day for me. I received my bonus and put almost all of it towards smashing my debt...
Paid £200 to SSE (paid in full)
Paid £401.18 to GNE (paid in full)
Paid off a whopping £2,624.14 on my final loan. (it hurt a little)
I have paid off £27,860.14 // £27,860.14Which means I can officially say... I AM DEBT FREE!!!!
It feels truly amazing - this is first time since my teens that I could say that. Huge thanks to this group for holding me accountable. I wish I had found it sooner! Good luck to everyone else on their journeys.
