    Hi guys,
So glad to have muppets back and it's great to see our running totals and updates! Payday today for me and I did some overtime in May plus I sold a little bit of my annual leave (work offered it due to Covid) so I've decided to basically pay off my Halifax CC. I've literally left the amount of this month's direct debit on there so that will collect in July and it will be cleared! Although I do still have some big bills coming up in the next couple of months which will have to go on there (0% on purchases so don't worry) but I will add it to my total goal to get rid of in the end. So this month I managed to off £2727.11! That means my running total is:

    #4 - £6390.38/£6000 = 106.5%

As I've reached my first target of £6000 (just thought it was attainable), I'll go back to my original target of £7200 now. Hopefully I'll reach that next month and I'll be able to make a new target as my total amount I want to clear is currently £10307 but like I say, that will go up when I get these extra bills. Keep going guys - halfway through the year now!

Paid £1839 off the Ll0yds CC today, as the deal is about to expire, with money saved during furlough as I am back to work on Wednesday  :) There is another £1030 on this card which we will now focus on to clear by November :)

    No 70 £6339.44/£10,000 63.4%
    Save £10,500 - £2673.77 - 25.5%
    Pay off £7000 - £1743 - 19.4%
    Make £2021 extra income - £99.75
  • I don't have a number, but would love to join if possible? I have £1100 remaining on a 0% credit card and then I'll be debt free! The 0% period was a decent three years, but this runs out in December, so I want the debt cleared before then, and will be snowballing everything at it!
    Remaining: 1100
    Target: 0

#46 3 to 6 month Emergency Fund Challenge: £585 to go

Just 2 pieces of debt to clear (excluding mortgage)
My car balloon payment £12,000 (due March 2022)
OH car balloon payment £12,500 (due October 2021)
Total debt to clear in 2020 £24,500
We managed to pay off all of the monthly payments already (saving thousands in interest) leaving just the final balloon.
Unfortunately they don't allow you to pay these down bit at a time so instead we are saving and will pay them off when the savings balance equals owed.
    So far £13,500 / £24,500
