  • Hi All, I've been MIA for the past month. I spent December and January keeping on top of things and then February went downhill. I'm back to square one with the credit card almost. Money was extremely tight. I was doing really well with the food budget etc, but then i started dating someone and therefore didn't have this factored into my budget. I'm hoping March can get me back on track now seeing as i can plan more appropriately. I have a holiday that I will need to pay for in March and April so i need to keep to budget as much as possible. Any tips or ideas for keeping on track?

Some investment / savings transactions came through today so lopped £100 off. May do more before end of pay month if I don't "need" it.

    #175 = £2700 / £6700

Jammiedodgers- we all have setbacks- keep chin up, and plug away- if holiday is budgeted then you'll soon turn it back around  :)
