  • Feeling quite disheartened at the moment as my niece had moved out of our rental property, we thought we'd do some maintenance and then list it for air bnb to make money instead of having a tenant. We have paid the council tax up until the end of march which was £416.00, the mortgage for two months which has cost us £640 and we'd bought a table and chairs and new bedding and quilts and pillows. She's now decided that she's made a terrible mistake and can she please move back in! Soft touch that DOH and I are we have said yes! So feeling good about helping her out, but disappointed at all of the money we've had to spend which could have gone towards paying off some debts.

Therefore no payments towards any debts really to speak of. Hopefully things will pick up in the next month or so. x
