Today I received a sizeable Giro deposit from "FOUND CR CNS".
Has anybody any idea who or what it is as I am not expecting anything from anyone!

How sizeable?
If you really don't know what it is inform your bank that this credit is not expected or recognised and ask if they can help with any further information. Ask them to record the fact that you have informed them that this credit is not expected or recognised and that you don't believe that it was intended for you. Don't spend or withdraw the money.0 -
