PPI claim rejected and paid on same day

I was delighted to receive a letter from RBS to say that my PPI complaint had been upheld. However, I have received at least 10 letters saying that a claim was refused unless I could provide other documents. One arrived in the same post as the offer letter. I didn't think it was necessary to submit other documents. Besides the sheer number of holding letters suggest that the RBS system is in chaos. I am asked to sign the acceptance letter on the basis that the "offer is accepted in full and final settlement of all or any claims which I might have against the Royal Bank of Scotland" on s specific credit card number which is named. Is there any danger of signing and accepting this offer on a specific card? Should I take action on the number of letters received? If so, with whom. Nick Keith

it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0 -
