Having almost been flattened by a courier who ignored a dismount sign, my response, is stop being anti-social and get off your bike and walk. If it takes you longer to make the delivery, tough.0

If you're cycling on private land, and an appropriate person asks you not to, for a sensible reason - why don't you just follow their request?
In reality, I doubt the companies receiving deliveries would take legal action. It's more likely that they would:- Refuse to accept deliveries from couriers who behave anti-socially
- Contact the courier company that employs you, to complain about your behaviour
- Contact the sender of the package, and ask them to use a different courier company in future
