Freeagent / CIS Software?

I have been using Freeagent for the last month upon several recommendations on here. However, I am struggling with the CIS side of things in Freeagent.
Ideally I'd like something for CIS that works out of the box and can calculate amounts, verify subcontractors, create statements and so forth.
Freeagent is very basic and doesn't cater for CIS
What do you suggest? That could maybe integrate with Freeagent also?

as we discussed in your original thread, you get what you pay for, and so far it seems you'd have been better off just paying your accountant to do this for you.0
