Upgrade to pressurised water system

I have an EcoTec Plus condensing, open-vented boiler.
The hot water cylinder is in a bedroom cupboard. Cold water tank is in loft.
I have the following quote to convert to a pressurised system:
£700 Inc VAT. That's £400 parts and £300 labour which includes supply and install of motorized valve.
BTW: The motorized valve was recommended after a previous plumbing job by the same plumber.
