    Morning all! Just....
Will be going to a local nursery in a bit for a tree. One of us has to stay here to wait for a delivery, and one of us...guess which one...has to get the tree and sort out posting cards to various places...Only 3 places, but I fear I am too late in posting one of them at least. Trouble is, the local PO is in another shop and the woman who usually works behinds the conter is so sour faced and grumpy [ every. single. time.] that I get put off just by the thought of going in there.
Then when I get back we can both have a laugh or a fight about getting the tree up...I jest. It'll be fine...:)
Have been reboiling some stock from the chicken on sunday [went with chicken because the date was earlier than the beef - got it to make a sunday dinner for my sister but we had a massive breakfast that precluded eating for the reat of the day] and am plannig to make a green thai curry chicken noodle soup. Just sounds nice, and the last time I made soup with stock, I surprised myself how nice it was. I don't even know what was different that I put in there because I only put the usual onion, celery and carrot. Maybe I reduced it more than normal...
    Anyway...onwards...trees upwards...etc

Glad to hear everyone poorly is getting slowly better even if it is fristrating it's not coming quick enough...thanks for the carol tru! dumpllig, I think the system has now been designed to make you very unhappy and jump through many hoops to discourage people from applying for anything [ just me thinking that though] well done on perservering... TA, great eagle eyed reduction spotting there!

    Hey everyone reading along....Windward Wednesday!

No disasters I'm happy to report :j though I won't be out on the road yet. I drove round W's carpark and did three emergency stops at low speed. No pain, no problem. That has given me back my confidence.

Physio session went well too. She had me on the static bike for three minutes and then doing leg exercises with a resistance band and then going up and down stairs 'properly' (one stair with one leg, reciprocal climbing) which I haven't done since at least early August. I was a tad nervous about that too though managed it well with one crutch. :j I feel better now that there's more progress.

Shopping was brief though we lingered over coffee and cake! I've climbed the stairs to DM's flat properly and now can feel the strain so, once I've fed DM, I shall retire for a wee lie down.

A lot has been achieved today. I have two more physio sessions, one on 20th December and one in January. :j

Good luck with the tree stuff TAFF.
