what insurer takes into account both UK and oversees licence?

Options
2 years ago I have had a UK full licence, but I also have a licence issued overseas 9 years ago -- I cannot use it in the UK any more because it's valid only for my first year of residence. All the comparison websites treat me as a new driver with 2-year UK license only, they simply have no place to specify it. I wonder if any insurers still take my overseas driving experience into account?

Don't use comparison sites, phone the insurer and explain your situation.

Although it may have the opposite effect and increase your premium.

2 years no claims your premium should start getting to sensible levels now.
