Quote for a flat garage roof

Need to replace our flat garage roof with a fibreglass one. Also need new boards underneath. Joists are OK and I don’t need insulation.
Size is approx 7m x 5m. Been quoted £2300. Is this fair?

i would just use an epdm roof on a garage its cheap simple tofit just get new osb boards underneeth any competent diyer should be able to do it
