Best buisness account for being paid in foreign currencies and to let cash build up

Hi,

I'm paid in USD often and need to pay in USD so looking for a buisness account that doesn't charge extra for these.

And I'm looking to withdraw dividends and wage combined of about 40k a year and let the cash build up.

Any suggestions what would be the best bank account for this?

I looked at tide.co as I would like a modern bank, but they seem to cap balances at 100k and hopefully buisness will keep going well so I should need something higher than that
