Bumping as I need to decide today.
I checked my POPLA code on https://www.parkingcowboys.co.uk/popla-code-checker/. It says there:
Your appeal deadline is Fri Dec 27 2019
You have 0 day(s) remaining for your appeal to reach POPLA
I know everybody is saying I have a few more days. Has the parking cowboys site got it wrong?? Or have ParkingEye sent me a code and activated it before it arrived?
I have emailed Aldi, but have had no reply so far. I'm concerned by this route as we have no proof of purchase
I have written up my template letter above, which I can sent to POPLA if thats the best route to take.
Please can someone advise, appeal to POPLA or wait for Aldi?0 -
