Spanish annual multi-trip travel insurance — like the good ones on MSE for a UK expat in Spain?

I've lived in the UK most of my life and have recently moved to Spain.

Does anyone know how I can find MSE-quality travel insurance as an expat in Spain?

My constraint:
- I can't use the Spanish policies aimed at locals because I'm only half-way a full resident here (taking forever to sort an ID document called the NIE and I won't get it before I travel).

In the UK, I would pay £30-80 for a nice annual multi-trip plan, without a excess, and good medical coverage. It's so easy to find really good ones via MSEs finder tool. Those policies are only valid for trips starting and ending in the UK. I'm flying out and returning to Spain since I live here now.

I found companies like the below, but they charge 2-3x what the UK providers charge for the same product (£150+):

- Globelink International

Does anyone know how to I can find UK policies that are residence agnostic? I still sublet a flat in the UK, but I'm no longer a fully-fledged resident there, and my trip doesn't start/end in the UK. I also have an EU passport (not Spanish though).
