Delay getting Management Pack on Freehold property.

Hi all,
We are nearing exchange of contracts however our solicitor is awaiting a management pack from the vendors however is struggling to get any response from them.
We started buying this property at the start of September and things were going smoothly, October the property was repossessed and then put back on the market at the start of November with the same estate agent but the vendor this time being AMG Property Services Guildford.
We had a offer accepted with the new vendor Mid November and continued on with the legal work. We were given a 28 day exchange condition by the vendor which will be 18th December. The majority of our legal work has all been completed and our solicitor has been waiting for AMG to provide the Management Pack (Freehold property but has some shared driveways/garage etc).
Our solicitor has been chasing and so has the estate agent as they want us to have the property after everything we've been through etc. The estate agent is getting frustrated as well as they are the ones that put a 28 day condition in place however are the ones currently dragging their feet.
Is there anyway we can try and get hold of a management pack ourselves or anyone/body we can contact for more information?

Or you could take a view on whether the pack is actually going to contain anything which would put you off buying.0 -

We've been made aware there is a management company in place due to the shared driveway and garage space which we have accepted.
It's just the issue of the terms of this and also the cost which we have no knowledge of unfortunately.0
