    Yeah looks like the Regus building is just office rental.

    Have you actually found them on social media? Their links on the website don't work.

    Unfortunately a flashy website doesn't always mean legit company. The whois data points to Heart Internet
  • Thanks. I would normally have checked out the company before booking with them but due to the rush and the purpose it was for I didn't in this case. TrustPilot does show that they have and are still doing this to a number of people. Hopefully I will eventually get my money refunded through the claims court but I doubt it will stop them doing this to others!

    Exactly, and where to send any claim to (postal address) - perhaps the registered office address is enough.

    Do they exist on Companies House?

    The registered office would be correct, if we knew what that was. I don't think we know that it's even a limited company.
  • I’ve emailed them to say I am commencing proceedings but you are right, without a
    postal address it will prove difficult.
