Smart meters no use with Igloo?
I am in the process of switching to Igloo from Utility Point. I have a smart meter which was installed by British Gas several years ago (I think it's a SMETS1 meter). Until now I have been able to use my smart meter to see meter readings on the remote display (even though I moved from British Gas to Utility Point), but now the remote display just says “connecting to smart meter…” – there is no longer an option to see my gas and electricity meter readings.
Is it the case that my smart meter cannot be used to view my meter readings while I am with Igloo?

The IHD (your remote display) is unlikely to work with any new supplier - consider yourself lucky that it apparently worked with UP:)0
