Modern Rugs - non-delivery of goods. No communication, ignoring emails.

I paid online by credit card for a rug - £400. This was 2 weeks ago with delivery promised in 5-10 days. I've had no communication from the company since then other than an unhelpful reply to my email asking for an indication of delivery date. They are now ignoring all communications from me.
Can anyone advise how best to proceed? I realise it's a relatively short space of time but the lack of communication is very concerning.
