Can anyone advise about the good areas and which areas to avoid in Chesam?
I know neighboring Amersham is nicer but way too expensive.
I know Chesam has good schools and a tube station - though train frequency is not that great but nevertheless London zone.

Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.

The nice areas of Chesham are the bits around Chesham that are nicer for not being Chesham.
Well - there's Chesham Bois, but if you think Amersham's pricier...
Gawd, I don't miss living round there one bit.0 -
Many people living in some of the surrounding towns might say all of Chesham is nice!0
