Can anyone advise about the good areas and which areas to avoid in Chesam?

I know neighboring Amersham is nicer but way too expensive.

I know Chesam has good schools and a tube station - though train frequency is not that great but nevertheless London zone.
Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.

The nice areas of Chesham are the bits around Chesham that are nicer for not being Chesham.

Well - there's Chesham Bois, but if you think Amersham's pricier...

Gawd, I don't miss living round there one bit.

Many people living in some of the surrounding towns might say all of Chesham is nice!

If you mean the big places like Wycombe, Hemel, Aylesbury - perhaps. If you mean Tring, Berko, Amersham, Rickmansworth - unlikely...
