RF Room Thermostat
Hi, My elderly parents have a 3 1/2 year old Worcester Bosch Greenstar 28i junior combi boiler and the rf room thermometer that was installed at the same time (a Center EHE0200361 RF Programmable Room Thermometer) has an issue with the digital display - it keeps going blank when you touch it. The batteries have been changed but it does not help. Can they just get another rf room thermometer and it will work or will they need to get someone in to sort it out? If anyone knows what will be best for them I would be grateful as I do not want them to be ripped off. Thank you

A replacement would need pairng (they call it binding) with the receiver, following section 4 of the user manual. Probably an easy task for someone confident with technology but not your elderly parents.
