British global pop phenomenon Mika releases his debut DVD ‘Live In Cartoon Motion’ on November 12th 2007.

‘Live In Cartoon Motion’ is packed to the rafters with exclusive never before seen footage. Highlights are a 50 minute documentary and a 60 minute live show shot in Paris earlier this year. The documentary was shot on MIKA’s worldwide tour highlighting his global escapades through 2007.

The live show was recorded in front of 4,000 fans at the Paris’s world renowned L’Olympia venue. The performance has been shot by acclaimed director Matt Askem, famed for his work with Muse, Paul Weller, Lenny Kravitz and David Bowie, amongst others.

Also included on the DVD is an exclusive five song acoustic set especially recorded at Ronnie Scotts in London. Aswell as bespoke animated short stories created by MIKA and the design company Airside to accompany ‘Grace Kelly’, ‘Lollipop and ‘Big Girl’. And all of MIKA’s videos to date.

The DVD will come in a special deluxe hard back book with artwork designed by Mika and his sister (the artist Da Wack). Included in the 16 page booklet will be sleeve notes from Mika and behind the scenes photos from his personal collection documenting his past year.

The release of ‘Live In Cartoon Motion’ comes as Mika’s debut album ‘Life In Cartoon Motion’ continues its residency inside the UK Top Ten, selling an incredible 820,000 copies so far, making him become the biggest new artist of 2007. ‘Life in Cartoon Motion’ is now the second biggest selling album of the year, just behind Amy Winehouse. The album has sold an additional 2.3 million copies around the world
