Al Rayan Bank Withdrawals Slow?

I tried again today.
- I sent money from Al Rayan to my Club Lloyds account today around 10.30.
- I checked it about one hour later around 11.30, it has not arrived yet.
- I just checked it again a few minutes ago. It is in already in my Club Lloyds Account.
- So it is expected it arrives within less than two hours.
But, I have done FPO from Al Rayan to this Club Lloyds accounts multiple times in the past, so they might already recognise this account, so it might be no further check up is done. Also the amount is less than £1,000.0 -
I did make a complaint to them this morning, and made a test withdrawal, it arrived in 2 hours later. So, problem is sorted I guess.0
