Insurer cancelling New Young Driver Insurance

As already mentioned when looking for new quotes he absolutely must declare his two accidents even though he dealt with them privately. If he does not and the new insurer finds out they will cancel his policy which currently is declarable for life and will make £2000 seem a bargain.
Also avoid excess direct if they are still offering policies.0
