IMO Car Wash

We have for the last year paid for a contract whereby you get unlimited car washes for our car. The money is taken automatically from our credit card each month and always in advance. We then go to the IMO car wash and get a code from the wallet in the IMO app for the attendant.

However when we went yesterday the wallet could not find any code and just said no information. We then had to pay again for the wash.

I checked on the last contract payment and was taken on the 3 December.

I tried to ring their office yesterday but were closed. I wondered if it may be a glitch with their system and would be interested to know if other people have found an issue in last few days.
