Another one struck out at Warwick, a company Defendant who were lucky in that the Claimant got to choose their local court, and it happens to be Warwick for Phoenix Parking, who got burnt like Premier Park did in your case!
I am so enjoying this, and really hope word spreads quickly among the Judges.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So the 7 day period has expired and I haven't received any notice that BW Legal are applying against the judgement so I'm ready to share the judgement. However, I've already tried to include a link to the scanned document and the forum won't let me post it in case I'm a bot. Any suggestions beside me just creating a load of dummy posts to increase my number of posts?0

Thanks The Slithy Tove!
The judgement form can be downloaded here: hxxps://1drv.ms/b/s!AitDeSmIt1-wnnxaHgX8jzjMMg-X
If this hasn't been changed to a link yet, be sure to change hxxp to http!
The short version, the claim number was F5DP2D6Y
Hope this helps and good luck!0 -
Tried to liven your link but it is faulty.0

Yeah, it still won't let me change it to https, still too new0

That isn't the issue. I changed it for you and made a live link but after watching the little circle go around for what seemed like forever (but was probably a minute) it came up with an "unable to display" error.
ETA. Link is OK, it is IE that doesn't like it, just tried it in Google Chrome and it is fine.0 -
Hmm, that's weird, I tried it from another machine myself. Hang on, i'll transfer it to dropbox and try to create another link.0

Time for a complaint to the SRA - copy the judgment to them. We should advise this action with every one of these AoP judgments.
Thank you @Jon8838 for linking us to the judgment. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
