seller resent item after ebay case closed

Small update
after a week or so buyer must of realised what happened, started sending messages like "hello" or "morning mate", i spoke to eBay, he apparently he tried to appeal the case and quite rightly eBay rejected it, eBay said i could keep the item which does not sit right with me so i asked them to message him to and him send me a returns label so i am waiting for that0 -
again small update
few messages later, i requested a payment for postage via paypal and he paid it
twice,
sending it via special del, i hope thats the end of it
i think its the worst purchase i have ever had!0 -
Good for you for putting in the effort to return it. Clearly a number of issues with the seller's setup. Whilst it was a pain, you did the right thing in your mind.
