Renting for tenants with bad credit

I have heard of suggestion of tenants to offer to pay 3- 6 months rent for tenants with bad credit. My concern is if for whatever reason the landlord is dispossessed of the house within the tenancy term (let say 6month), what do you do? It's there a way you can secure your rent for the future rent?
Could there a way you can open escrow account for the landlord and then released every month?

We do not use the term "escrow" in the UK. If this is where you are based, suggest you look at Shelter's website.0

There is a financial risk in paying 6 months up front. 3 months would be OK (see link below) unless LL went bankrupt in weeks 1 or 2 which seems unlikely and very unlucky!
Some LL/agents won't accept 6 months upfront - it's what cannabis farmers and pimps do to keep the LL at arms length.....
A guarantor is a better option.
* Repossession: what if a LL's mortgage lender repossesses the property?0
