Worcester GreenStar i MT10 Timer Coming on Randomly
Hi everyone, I have a Worcester GreenStar i MT10 Timer coming on randomly when the little dials are off.
It should go off at 9pm but the radiators come on after that, and through the night randomly when the timer is on only.
The thermostat in the hall is set to about 25 degrees if that matters.
In the (non-timer) off/on positions it works as normal...fully on or fully off, its only when I try get the unit to come on at specific times...with the timer dial. Annoying thing is, though the boiler is under warranty....timer repair is excluded (of course it's the UK)....and yearly inspection guy just came 3 weeks ago before I noticed this problem, as I never really used auto timer before...
Maybe this is a common fault with this brand...its puzzling. Hoping there is a way to step-by-step discover where the issue is...
Unfortunately I cannot post images of the timer as a new user, but again it's a
Worcester MT10 one with manual flip toggles for ON/OFF.
