Your mention of high termination rates has no bearing on A. Masons offer and TBH I don't know why it was even brought into this thread.

This was amazon picking the calls to provide free based on what they primarily wanted it to be used for. If they could see a business reason for some high rate numbers to be free then they would have included them,.
