Appealing through POPLA

Don't use that. What you have written is not a POPLA appal.Anyway, this is an unedited version I just wrote down the thoughts that came into my head about my issue, any help on making it sound like someone who knows what they're talking about will be greatly appreciated.
That is why we have near-template POPLA appeal points already written, as you have already seen but appear to have forgotten exist in post #3 of the sticky thread. It's why we direct people to read it and come off their threads.
No she didn't!I have written an appeal to the Car Parking Partnership and named the driver.
The driver appealed, not the keeper. Don't state the wrong thing. You are writing as Mum and she didn't appeal, did she!
So put that right then use the templates as everyone does here. Show us.
No-one was telling you to write something from scratch. It will LOSE.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I refer you back to post 6 where I gave a list of appeal points for THE KEEPER to use at PoPLA.
Construct a draft appeal using all the template points you will find in post 3 of the NEWBIES and post it here for checking.
Clear your head of everything else, and only use the points from the NEWBIES. You are not telling a story. The Keeper was not present but they are the one making the appeal based on facts of law, not what might have happened on the day to a person unknown who might have been driving.
Also, stop telling the world who can see this thread who did what. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
