Calor Gas Cooking

I have a full size cooker in a mobile home run by Calor Gas on my property.
Can someone please tell me how I regulate the cooking, products say gas mark 6 my cooker has 3 setting Off, High & Low?

What make is it? many cheap bottled gas cookers do not have a thermostatically controlled oven and are difficult to control.
I guess yours is one like this, will be hotter when the bottle is full.
Good makes like Belling, Cannon and Calor have thermostatic ovens.0 -

Experience, we were on bottles of gas for years when "off grid" the first indication that the gas was down to less than 1/4 full was the oven not getting to normal temperature on low setting so had to up it to 1/2 setting.
All the gas lights worked OK at the same time though.0 -
So not thermostatic, the knob just regulates how big the flame is.
Best thing would be to buy a simple oven gauge and get used to the cooker. Gauges are cheap, £2.15 on Amazon.0
