    sounds like you've got it all sorted! I found my electricity was expensive when I lived in a 1st floor couple of year old flat, mainly because the guy in the flat below only lived there at weekends and would turn his heating off when we wasn't there so our floors were freezing (coupled with cheap landlord carpet). But hopefully especially being on the 2nd floor you'll be ok.

    as Penny Pincher says don't forget phones and so on.
