Low mileage battery problems

I think it must depend on the car model too. My elderly neighbour takes hers out once or maybe twice a week at most. In total about 14 miles. She never seems to have any battery problems and her car is a year younger than mine.
Maybe she does not use heating fan etc in the car. Run with lights or aircon on.
Some cars are built down to a spec and a battery can be a good cost saver. They only put one in that has just enough capacity for joe average mileage.
Winter is a killer. Lights on, heater fan on to demist, rear window demister, radio/sat nav etc.
Get out on a nice day when you can run with as little electrics as possible and do a good few miles.Life in the slow lane0
