I don't get messages like that. Transaction just appears on the online statement as a credit not a message right across the screen.
Edit. I see. That is what you get by clicking on help with the transaction. Yes really helpful.
But wait a minute. The description is blank (or covered up by the OP). But the description field will show where the payment has originated if the OP had not covered up this information.0 -

The frustrating thing is that you are so frustrated at how little help the "help with this transaction" page gives you - no destination/source sort code, ditto account number - that you miss out on the stuttering...:)0 -

LBG can't even show names consistently across accounts why do you expect complete and accurate transaction details?0
