    This is not investment advice.
Your money may go "down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... I got all tricked up and came up to this thing, lookin' so fire hot, a twenty out of ten..."

    I suspect that was irony.

I don't get messages like that. Transaction just appears on the online statement as a credit not a message right across the screen.

Edit. I see. That is what you get by clicking on help with the transaction. Yes really helpful.
But wait a minute. The description is blank (or covered up by the OP). But the description field will show where the payment has originated if the OP had not covered up this information.

    Whooosh!

    As was litttle.

The frustrating thing is that you are so frustrated at how little help the "help with this transaction" page gives you - no destination/source sort code, ditto account number - that you miss out on the stuttering...:)

The OP is grappling with a very serious first world problem, and you want to see helpful information on a Help screen!?! Please re-evaluate your priorities ;)

LBG can't even show names consistently across accounts why do you expect complete and accurate transaction details?

As my former boss (an accountant) did when writing to a very prim & proper elderly female client. I'm sure he felt like a total count when he realised his mistake..
