Life insurance - diabetic & depression

We need to sort out some life insurance, however my OH has diabetes and depression so finding it hard to find someone to cover us.
I've found 2 quotes on money supermarket for £25 per month, most of the other comparison websites don't seem to ask enough in depth questions so we end up getting rejected at the end.
Does anyone know of any company that would accept us?

No!
There's simply not enough information provided to advise whether it's even possible to obtain cover.
Firstly, with diabetes it's dependent on the type of diabetes, your partners last HbA1c reading, whether they've been hospitalized in the last 12-months due to a hypo or hyperglycemic event, time since diagnosis and whether they've suffered any complications such as retinopathy, neuropathy, kidney problems or heart related issues.
In respect of depression the ability to obtain cover is dependent on whether your partner has ever attempted suicide, self-harmed or had suicidal thoughts, whether they've been admitted to hospital or been under the care of a psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse, the last symptoms, amount of time off work or were they've been unable to undertake their normal day to day activities and the recentness of all this.
You'd be best off speaking to an adviser who specialises in this area rather than just chancing your arm trying to get cover online as certain options aren't available online.0
