How can you tell if your smart meter is a sent 1 or a smet 2

You can't but it may have a date on it - anything pre 2019 is unlikely to be SET2Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

If you get the make and model no. from the meter you should be able to google whether SMETS1 OR 2.0
