Provided you are the Registered Keeper of the vehicle concerned. If not then a little (or lot) longer.

If it was amber you will be alright. Not sure many would have a license left if you aren't.

The cameras are set up to catch people going through when its already red.

The fact that the OP is worried about being "caught" strongly implies that going through on amber was a choice on their part. If it had changed to amber a split second before they crossed the line they wouldn't be worried because it would be totally unreasonable to prosecute under those circumstances and everyone knows that.
