Help help help!!!
I had account that was defaulted. After complaining to the company regarding irresponsible lending. This default was removed over a year ago when the account was settled.
Randomly the default was added to my account in May. I contacted the company they apologised and amended everything back to as it was. No default and settled on the correct date.
I have checked my new Experian today for this month and they have again put the default for the closed account back on.
I have obtained a decision in principle last month and are due to put in a full application!!!!!!
Panic mode
What on earth can I do.
We are due to put the application in 23rd of this month!!!

No I doubt that it was done 'randomly'.
Complain to the lender and ask them why they are doing this not once but twice. I assume you have a written confirmation from them that they would remove the default in exchange for a full and fna settlement?0 -
Correct I have all the emails advising from May as well stating they don’t know why they have appeared again and there beareu amend team emailed me again apologised and removed. All has been fine last 6 months as constantly check it.
It is randomly as the account was settled 25/04/18!!!!0 -

That doesn't mean it was random.0 -
I’m not concerned about it being removed again as it’s incorrect but it’s the time it’s going to take. At present with it on my mortgage application is going to fail!!!0

I’m not sure what u mean...
By random I mean it’s totally out the blue... just appeared there for no apparent reason on a closed account of over 1 years finished with a settled balance of zero?0 -
Not if you provide your evidence to the lender - are you using a decent broker?0
-
Again the default appeared back against this account status in May and was removed again. Why suddenly would they put it back in place when it’s been agreed twice it is to be removed.
It wasn’t showing on June, July August September October November credit scores and files0 -

Ah ok. That's not what random means, hence the confusion.
As above, a decent broker will get this through with the info you've provided here.
Who are you using and with which lender?0 -
Yes he’s good all I have is emails from May stating about the removal. There is mention in the emails about them being removed originally0
-
Then you should be fine. Obviously press to get it removed, but you have the evidence a lender will require to see that it's a mistake.0
