This is in Kitchener Drive/Frenchpark Street BT12 6AS "Village" area of south Belfast.
Apparently the area is mixed now with people from outside the area moving in due to its location.
There are still a lot of flags and murals.
There's a lot of new Housing Association regeneration too.
Does anyone live in the area and/or have any knowledge of it?

Anywhere with flegs and murals should be avoided if you can afford to live somewhere nicer, in my opinion.
That area of south Belfast looks like it would have a strong loyalist paramilitary presence. Murals kinda say that for you as you'd expect.0
