An employment contract is too important to leave to a free or cheap template. Spend time and money on it.0

Draft the terms, hand them to a lawyer. It shouldn't cost more than 2 hours for them to write it up if you're precise about what you want and then at least you have the benefit of an indemnity insurance policy if there is a serious problem with it later on.
Cost? About £500+VAT. Totally worth it in my opinion.💙💛 💔0
