Cheap energy club customer service

Afternoon all!
I emailed 'energyclub@moneysavingexpert.com' on the 26/11/19 about a problem with my account, and they haven't replied. My switch is still showing as 'in progress' after 7 months and there's a much better deal I would like to switch to.
Anyone else had problems with no replies? Search found one other person but not to the extent of not getting a reply at all.
