Help: Occupied House Insurance after Grant of Probate

Hello
Apologies if this has been answered before, but I am struggling to find an answer on how to insure my deceased mothers house, with my brother living there.
Our mum died in July 2019, and as executor, we now have grant of probate, with the house being divided between me and my three brothers. SAGA were great, but as we are all <50 we cannot use them to extend the insurance.
One brother is living in the house, and intends to do so for security/ease/decorating until we sell the house in the new year.
So my questions. Do I need specialist house insurance in this scenario, if so any recommendations on companies to contact?
Or can I insure as a regular occupant?
Or do I need landlord insurance?
Would really appreciate some steer in this please, I am sure we can't be unique in this situation.
thanks

Have you specifically asked SAGA if they will allow you to renew the policy once the current term expires? You'd be doing so in your capacity as executors and that may alter the approach they take in regard to your ages.0

This is one of those situations where using a good old-fashioned broker can be very worthwhile, rather than using the comparison sites. A broker will KNOW who will be worth contacting for a quote in this situation.Signature removed for peace of mind0

We just did regular house insurance and noted the beneficial interest of the other beneficiaries on the insurance.0
