Why is agent telling me to speak on phone to get deposit back rather than email?

    I disagree with the people telling you to phone them. Email is clear and creates a record. I would use it above phoning them where they can lie about what was said. Presumably they are acknowledging your emails.

    Exactly my thoughts; and people trying to imply it is some character flaw which is preventing me from doing it.
