Virtual Lease Services

Back in March I bought a camera on finance from Jessops.
I have been making payments to "Virtual Lease Services" ever since.
I'm looking to find out how much is left to pay on this camera, but I've no paperwork, no emails from the company and just the direct debit going out every month.
A quick Google brought up Klana, but I contacted them and the agent said "to their knowledge, there has been no acquisition of such a company" otherwise I can find very little about them online as to who to contact.
What should I do next?
