Be very careful with Utilitia, I have had several very unpleasant experiences TRYING to speak to ANYBODY within their "Customer Care Team" ( joke)
When I moved into my current home It took me 2 days to speak to an operative,,,YES 2 Days after being left on hold for quite literally HOURS & HOURS on end & If it wasn't for a very kind neighbor who plugged my extension lead into their own home, I was literally left in the dark for 2 days!!!!! Yes 2 days!!! Whilst trying to get the Gas & Electricity Supplies on.
Further more on the 2nd December this very week, I was left on hold for 1 1/4 HOURS trying to speak to an operative after my Gas went off on the 2 nd December 2019. A very cold night to say the least, in the end I gave up waiting and went to bed very early!!!
The ONLY dept that I could get hold off the next day was the new business dept, they answered almost immediately!!!
Be warned, check them out further if you don't believe me!! Google them.
Terrible, terrible service that left a 64 year old man without heat & light!!!0 -

Thank you for your post on this supplier, but it is not the suppliers fault if you suffer from a power failure.
If your gas supply fails you need to call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.0 -
