Tv picture pixelating

Options
I have Talk Talk you view but since my original box broke and Talk Talk sent me a new one my tv picture pixelates, not all the time though!
I contacted them and they sent another one and it was fine for about 3 weeks and then it started pixelating on Friday and Saturday nights now it is happening more often, according to Talk Talk it must be my aerial, does this sound correct? I never had any problems with the first you view box I had from them!

Is it pixellating on the Freeview channels or the channels that stream down your internet connection?

If it'x pixellating in the form of random coloured squares and it does it on the Freeview channels, that may be an aerial issue. If it pixellates in the form of your TV Boost channels (if any) by looking like potato vision, that's an ISP issue.

Aerial. Or something's in the way of your signal - trees, scaffolding, etc. Or do you have a 4G mobile phone?

Just since it might be the easiest thing to do, not the most likely, you may have damaged the aerial cable when you changed boxes over - if you have a spare you could try swapping (and of course making sure that everything is plugged in right.
Also, there's a chance you might need a retune. Do this at a time when reception is GOOD.
