Car insurance documents

I took out a new car insurance policy a few weeks ago and they have requested a copy of the log book.
I purchased the car in 2008 and have been the only driver throughout that time. For a period around 2015, the log book was transferred into my girlfriend's name and then back to mine a few months later.
When asked on the insurance application 'When did you buy the car?' I said 2008.
Will sending in the most recent log book which is dated 2015 cause problems?
I still have the original slip from purchasing the car in 2008, along with receipts from the showroom etc.

The logbook only states who is the registered keeper, it doesn't confirm who the owner is; as documented on the logbook.
As you have the receipt, assuming it's in your name, it shows you paid for it.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0
