Just dealing with a relatives solicitor, she works in the companies Private client team, can anyone tell me what this is?

Private client solicitors are people who deal with wills, probate and other matters eg powers of attorney, it's just a description of the department and the type of work they do.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear it in 2026.0

Its the opposite of a "Corporate Client", i.e. a client that is a business.The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0

Which matters, because you do not want a corporate solicitor, who specialises in company law, acting for you in a divorce; or a solicitor who usually deals with private clients reading a contract relating to your company.Signature removed for peace of mind0
