Sorry about this,
I'm a tad old and dumb. Can someone tell me how to access a template for appeals to Premier Parking re. Park2Fly. Mistakenly entered their car park at Exeter Airport and got hit with a £100 claim.

Read the sticky thread for NEWBIES then send the appeal template in blue text you will find there in post 1.
The NEWBIES is just underneath where you clicked on thebutton.
Read up on what to do next if/when the appeal fails.
Please give the full name of the PPC as there are several with similar names.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
If this land is covered by bye-laws different rules apply. It is all covered in the stickies/FAQs, have you not read them?
Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP after the election, as it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and has been known to get the charge cancelled.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
There's no such firm as Premier Parking.

The PCN came from Premier Park Ltd.
I've followed the template for fist appeal.
Thanks for your guidance,
